1. Figure out what benefit you need (e.g. protein, vitamin A, etc.)
2. Figure out how much you need per day, and what percentage you need from moringa.
3. Estimate the amount of moringa that will acheive your goal. If you expect to get a significant proportion of your nutrition from moringa, you will find that you need to eat quite a bit of moringa!
